Steve Shaw Training has developed a proven approach to leadership development. Our Leadership Master Series is designed to move your veteran manager or aspiring associates into a position of true leader. This is done through group and personal coaching. This Steve Shaw Training program consists of a world class trainer, proven methods of both virtual groups, private sessions and in-person certification.
We conclude our series with an event that focuses on what the student leader has learned and helps management recognize accomplishments. The event will challenge the associate to develop an on-going business plan approach to their department and followers. The event concludes with graduation and invitation to move into the next level series. The program is on-going with regular “20 group” like virtual and in-person sessions.
All leadership sessions are conducted by Robert “Father Bob” Cawley. Bob has been developing dealership leaders for over 30 years. His methods are beyond reproach. The approaches will make your manager a standout in your organization.
